Receive a detailed quote within 24 hours including rental rate, operator and mobilization charges.

Sign Agreement
Sign rental agreement, pay security deposit and advance to confirm booking.

Delivery
Machine delivered to your site within 48–72 hours with operator and safety documents.

Return
Return the machine after rental period. Security deposit refunded after inspection.

Rental Terms & Conditions

  • Minimum rental period is 1 day (8 hours) per machine.
  • Weekly and monthly rates available on request — generally lower per-day cost.
  • Billing starts from the day of mobilization to site.
  • Idle time due to client-side delays will still be charged at 50% of daily rate.
  • Overtime beyond 8 hours/day charged at 1.5x hourly rate.
Monthly contracts get priority mobilization and dedicated maintenance support.

  • 30% advance payment required at the time of booking confirmation.
  • Balance payment on weekly/fortnightly basis as per agreement.
  • Accepted modes: NEFT / RTGS / Cheque / UPI.
  • GST applicable as per prevailing government rates.
  • No cash payments accepted above ₹10,000.

  • Refundable security deposit of 10–15% of machine value required before deployment.
  • Deposit returned within 7 working days of machine return after inspection.
  • Any damage cost will be deducted from the security deposit.
  • Deposit amount varies by machine type and rental duration.

  • Skilled and licensed operators provided — charges billed separately.
  • Fuel cost borne by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Client responsible for providing fuel, lubricants and water at site.
  • Operator accommodation and food allowance as per site norms.

  • Normal wear and tear covered by Highway Construction Co.
  • Accidental damage, misuse or negligence costs borne by the client.
  • Client must report any breakdown immediately to our helpline.
  • Replacement machine provided within 24–48 hours in case of major breakdown.
  • No rental charges during verified breakdown periods exceeding 4 hours.
